Don’t forget to include P.E in your home learning. At the moment it is so important that we keep active – it is recommended children have at least 60 minutes of moderate exercise (such as walking) each day. There are so many health benefits that come from this! Watch the video below to hear how:


Virtual Sports Week 2020

Throughout our final week of term, children in school are going to be completing the ‘Mosaic Federation Lockdown Olympics’, and you can do it from home too! Watch the slideshow below to see all the exciting activities in store!

P.E with Joe Wicks

PE with Joe is a great way to start each day. His exercise class is on each day 9:00 – 9:30, and will have you completing a range of different exercises to warm your muscles up and keep your heart racing. Visit The Body Coach for new workouts daily.

Select each letter of your name and that’s the activity you have to do. You could keep it simple by just doing your first name, challenge yourself with first name and surname ORΒ super challenge with first, middle and surname!!
